Factory

We owe our accelerated growth in no mean measure to the immense investment made in acquiring the most advanced and sophisticated equipment to cover every dimension of our operation. In keeping with our approach of zero-compromise, the equipment is sourced only from the most renowned manufacturers. While we are equipped to cater to large volumes of popular products, we also have a specialized team to create a wide variety of artisan products created using traditional recipes and methods. While our HACCP certified processes are closely monitored internally to maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, we also have customised facilities to manufacture traditional products using processes like long fermenting and baking directly on the hearth.
