Cakes: Same day delivery available in Dubai & Sharjah. Next day delivery available in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, RAK, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain (depending on delivery schedule)

Frozen Bakery Products: We do delivery all over UAE. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, Umm al Quwain.

Cakes: SAME DAY DELIVERY (Dubai & Sharjah) Same day delivery available for all premium cakes in Dubai & Sharjah. The order should be placed a minimum of 2 hours before the desired delivery time. Same day delivery available in Dubai & Sharjah only. You can place your order anytime between 8 am to 10 pm. All orders placed after 10 pm will be processed the next business day. There are no delivery charges for same day delivery. Minimum order value is applicable. NEXT DAY DELIVERY (All Emirates) Next day delivery available in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, RAK, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain if you placed your order before 10 pm. The orders placed after 10 pm will be processed the day after tomorrow. There are no delivery charges for next day delivery. Minimum order value is applicable. Cakes: Delivery charges apply for 1kg cake for a specific location in Dubai & Sharjah. Free Delivery for 2kg and above. Minimum order value needs to be met if you order for other emirates or combine Frozen & Cake products in your order.

Frozen Bakery Products: We follow a minimum order value for all frozen bakery products. Dubai: AED 75, Abu Dhabi AED 125, Sharjah AED 125, Ajman AED 125, Al Ain AED 125, Ras Al Khaimah AED 125, Fujairah AED 250, Umm al Quwain AED 125.

  • We accept returns only if the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box at the time of delivery to the delivery rider or within 12 hours after the delivery. In such instances, we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds shall be made if the ordered item is not delivered. Orders that have been confirmed or which are already in transit shall not be changed or cancelled.
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Products that have a short expiry date have this mentioned in the product description. Please be vigilant when placing your order by checking the product description and verifying if it mentions a short expiry. Also, check when accepting your goods on delivery to avoid any complications.

We do our best to avoid this issue, if however, your ordered item is out of stock, we will propose a substitute item or a replacement. If these options don’t suit, we will deduct the product amount from your order and give you a voucher to use it on bakemartgourmet.com. We will communicate this by contacting you over the phone by our customer service representative.

When you place an order on bakemartgourmet.com and decide you want to cancel your order, you can reach out to our customer service representative by calling 800-BAKEMART (22536278) or WhatsApp us on +971 55 609 7516 / +971 55 609 7519 and let them know you want to cancel your order. The cut-off time for cancellation is by 5 pm for Frozen Bakery Products. Cake orders need to be informed immediately since the order will be delivered within 2 hours time.

Try reprocessing the order. If it doesn’t work, then please contact us using the 800-BAKEMART (22536278) or WhatsApp us on +971 55 609 7516 / +971 55 609 7519 so that we can use a manual payment link for your order.

  • Payment can fail due to multiple reasons: Network issues, browser issues, OTP not received on time etc. 
  • Typically in case of a failed payment, you should be redirected to the failed payments page, but in some cases, the browser gets stuck at one page or the page might break due to increased load time. 
  • Not to worry, your money is safe!
  • For any failed transaction the money will automatically get refunded into your account in 5-7 bank working days.

On the cart page just before placing your order and putting the credit card details, you can enter the code in the respective text box. Make sure the code is active to benefit from one of our offers.
